Imelda Ford is a business and technology executive whose career has focused on helping organizations modernize, improve operations, and deliver complex technology initiatives. Her experience spans technology strategy, software delivery, business transformation, governance, operational improvement, and enterprise program leadership across multiple industries. Her recent work includes hands-on AI strategy, governance, workflow automation, and software development, including the design and development of FUSE Software, FUSEONai’s platform for supporting governed AI implementation.
Her public career history includes leadership experience with Capita, Deloitte & Touche, Cendant Corporation, and Capital Group, as well as work delivering technology solutions for Fortune 500 institutions. That combination of business, financial, technology, risk, and delivery experience shapes FUSEONai's approach to AI: start with the business problem, understand the operating environment, build governance into the work, and create a path to measurable execution.
Imelda holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Accountancy.
